. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

‘ was approved in principle by Council earlier this year. The design has now .
po 7 been completed, and the Operations Manager hag advised that his crews will be
po %: unable to carry out this work due to a significant amount of other
oo oo construction work slated for this year. Accordingly, contract documents have .
bs Pos been prepared, and staff is ready to advertise for tenders. The Committee
re recommends that tenders be called as soon as possible. ;
