TT From the Deputy City Engineer, July 6th, 1989 regarding sidewalk construction adjacent to Irvine Elementary School. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That Council reaffirm its decision not to construct a sidewalk on the east side of Wellingtoa Street adjacent to Irvine Elementary School and that the School District be so advised. Carried. Alderman Wright voted against the resolution. From the Deputy City Engineer, July 6th, 1989 regarding modification of a restrictive covenant in Meridian Industrial Park. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: 1. That the restrictive covenant prohibiting building without a storm sewer connection registered against lot 22 on Kebet Way be discharged on the condition that a new covenant is registered prohibiting use or occupancy of any building located on the lot until such time as a storm sewer connection is provided over the new lot 31 in its place. That the developer pay the legal costs associated with the above recommendation. That the developer deposit a letter of credit with the City as security for the construction of the storm sewer. Carried.
