CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

PROPERTY FOR SALE

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam proposes to sell by public

tender approximately 1.197 ha (2.95 acres) of property within the City and

will consider proposals for its rezoning to a Commereial and/or Industrial

designation. For further details please obtain an information package from
the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam,

B.C. (Telephone 941-5411).

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon on February 9th, 1989 and opened

immediately thereafter.

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam reserves the

right to reject any or all bids.
