A. The Grantor is the registered owner of certain lands
and premises situated in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province
Of 8ritish Columbia, and legally described as:

Lot 36

Block 13 of the East Half of
District Lot 380,

Greup 1,

Plan 2306

New Westminster District

(the "Lands")

B. The Munictpallty requires and the Grantor has agreed to
grant to the Municipality the Statutory Right of Way defined
herein over a certain portion of the Lands; and

Cc. This Statutory Right of Way Is necessary for the
operation of the Munictipatity’s undertaking.

NOW THEREFORE !n consideration of the premises, the sum
Of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR now pald by the Municipallty to the
Grantor, and other good and vaiuabie consideration, the receipt
and sufflclency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties
agree as follows:

1.00 Grants of Right-of-Way

1.01 Subject to sectior 2.01, the Grantor hereby grants In
perpetulty:

(1) to the Municipallty or any person authorized by it the
non—-exciusive right at all times to:

(a) enter over, on, In and under those portions
of the Lands which are shown as outlined In
heavy black (the "Right of Way Area") on the
Reference Pian of Statutory Right of Way
No. » & reduced copy of which Is
attached hereto as Schedule “A", to:

conduct surveys and examinations;
dig up, remove and replace soll;
and

construct, install, operate,
maintain, clean, cover with soli,
alter, relocate, renew, Inspect and
replace roadways and a bridge
together with all anclilary
attachments and Fittings (all of
which are colftectively called the
“Works");
