The Grantor is the registered owner of certain lands and premises situated in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province Of 8ritish Columbia, and legally described as: Lot 36 Block 13 of the East Half of District Lot 380, Greup 1, Plan 2306 New Westminster District (the "Lands") B. The Munictpallty requires and the Grantor has agreed to grant to the Municipality the Statutory Right of Way defined herein over a certain portion of the Lands; and Cc. This Statutory Right of Way Is necessary for the operation of the Munictipatity’s undertaking.
