THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COO BYLAW NO. 2314 = A Bylaw to amend the Official Community a Sf The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam o WHEREAS an Official Community Pian was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Officia! Community Plan has been orepared and after First Reading of this By!aw the Counci! nas: (a) examined the amendment to the 9!an in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipa: Act to ensure consistency between them: (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industria! Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; tc) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Section 4.4.1 (1)(f) of Schedule "A" of the "Officia! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted: "(f) West of Coquitlam River along Lougheed Highway"? The designatiion of "Existing Residential" shown on Schedu!e "B" of tne Ofticia! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: Those portions of Lot 190, Plan 96773; Lots 10,1!,and 12, Plan 2306; and those portions of lanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed; all of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyor, under their file number $~87-5905=3,. igs removed and the designation "Apartment I" is apo!ied. 1 This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Official Community Pitan Amendment Bylaw No. 8, 1987, No. 2314", Read a first time by the Municioal Council and given an affirmative vote oy the majority of al! members of the Council tnis 19th day of October, 1987.
