COMMENTS: These lots are the site which the City was considering: for development a smal! lot housing scheme. The site has been sold and the developer now wants to proceed with Its develooment for smail lots. A plan has been submitted for the housing scheme and its approval [Is recommended, The scheme 1's to use the existing lot lines to create Separate legal lots for each of the houses.
