That the Director of Community Planning advise the applicant of
Rezoning 26/85, for property addressed 3425 Coast Meridian Roac that the
proposed RM-4 Zone to permit construction of an apartment building over
develops the property and cannot be approved; and further that he suggest
the applicant revise the plans to conform to the RM-3 Z'one.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Keryluk
suggested that Rezoning Application 26/85 be referred to the Planning &
Development Committee.
