This is not the Notice to Proceed with the work. The Notice to
Proceed will be issued following execution of the Contract Agxree-
ment and your compliance with the requirements of Article 51 of
the Supplementary General Conditions regarding insurance, Article
38 of the General Conditions regarding a construction schedule,
and Clause 1.5, Temporary Traffic Diversion of Section 1B,
Temporary Construction Facilities.
