NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BYLAW The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM COY of Port Coquitl Hall 2272 Mcallister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, March 15th, 1982 at 7:30 P-M. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Mo. 1651", Bylaw No. 1887: To alter the off—streer parking requirements for Senior Citizens Housing so as to require: (a) 1 Parking space for each § dwelling units where a public transit stop is located within 50m (164 ft.) and retail shopping facilities are located within 200 n (656 ft.) of the nearest boundary of the loc on which the Senior Citizens Housing is located.
