At the last Council Meeting held on Monday, May 23, 1973, the
question of the physical condition of the City’s Parade Float and
it's future participation in parades of neighboring communities was

referred to the Parks and Recreation Committee for consideration.

The Committee discussed the above matter of the City Float and wish

to make the followirg recommendation:

The Parks and Recreation Committee are unable to

proceed with scheduling of the Ciry Float in any parades until we

have a report from the May Day Float Committee as to the physical

condition of the City Float."
