Barlier this year White Spot Ltd. made application to construct
a Colonel Sander's Kentucky Fried Chicken delicatessen at the
above location. The application was subsequently turned down

by City Council.
On behalf of White Spot, we would ask that Council reconsider
its decision and would appreciate an Opportunity to appear |

before Council on Monday, May 1, if that date is convenient, to
speak in support of the application.
