OLA Invites queries FERRACE Many in- dividuals who want to learn find the demands of every day life prevent them being students in the traditional sense, With that in mind, staff from the Open Learning Agency will be in town this week. to show there is an alternative — what it calls ‘‘learning that fits your life.’’. The OLA is made up of the provirice’s Open University, Open College and Knowledge Network. The first two offer a wide range of courses leading to recognized degrees, diplomas and ‘certificates while the last telecasts school curriculum- based courses and general educational programming for both children and adults. ’ OLA staff will be in the Skeena Mal! from January 18-20 and ready to answer any questions residents might have about the agency and what it of- fers.
