The 16-37 Community Futures Committee is seeking a |
~ Manager for its Business Development Center, (BDC).

JOB DESCRIPTION — The Manager will report directly to
the Board of Directors of the BDC, and will be primarily
responsible for the overall administrative and functional
operations of the BDC. Supervision of staff, analysis of
business proposals, administration of a loan portfolio, pro-
vision of business counselling, and monthly financial
reports to the Board will be Manager responsibilities. The

Manager will also be responsible for establishing financial,
accounting and information systems for the BDC operation,

and promoting and marketing the BDC.

QUALIFICATIONS — The person we seek should be highly
motivated, creative, and able to relate to a diverse client
group. ‘Applicants should have demonstrated ability in:
financial management including the planning and prepara-
tion of a full spectrum of financial statements; preparing ©
business proposals; and demonstrated experience in a
management and/or business counselling and lending role.
