Saunders finished in 23rd place with a 10-game average of almost 259, Right behind him was Kitimat'’s Roost Janda, a. former national youth cham- pion. Janda was 25th with a 256 average. Frank Furlenatto of Kitimat placed 38th. He averaged 246 per game. Two Prince Rupert bowlers: were next Ron Adashynski in 43rd spot with a 243 average, and Teru Yamamoto in 47th place on a 241 | average. - The winner was Kitamura of Vancouver. His total for alt 15 games gave him an average of just over 300. In the B.C. Junior Hockey League’s coast division scoring stats, former Terrace resident Ben _Biagioni of Delta is tied for fourth place in scoring with 45 points, in- cluding 11 goals. He’s also well up among the penalty leaders with 136 minutes in the sin bin. Blaine Moore of Kitimat, playing for Abbotsford, is ninth in scoring. He has 39 points, including 19 goals. Blaine has 15 minutes in penalties. | In the BCJHL’s interior division, Mark Greyeyes is fourth in scoring with 19 goals and 45 points. Mark is a former Terrace resident. Mark’s teammate, Ian Alger of Terrace, is sixth overall with 43 points, including 21 goals. . Inthe Western Hockey League, Kitimat goalie Mark Fitzpatrick of | Medicine Hat Tigers is the fifth best goalie. Fitzpatrick, who was signed by Los Angeles Kings of the NHL earlier this year, has a 3.94 goals- against average.-He has one shutout so far.
