A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2953".

That certain parcel-of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot A

District Lot 344

Group One

Plan LMP 6114

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from C-1 (Comer Store) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and-the Zoning. . ..
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of November, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of November, 1994.
Public Hearing held this 9th day of January, 1995.
