Now therefore be it resolved that:

1. Lot 2, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan LMP 7676, New Westminster District, Port
Coquitlam, BC be sold te Adriatic Construction, P.O. Box 377, Port Coquitlam, BC
for the sum of $751,100.00 upon the terms and conditions stated in the tender call and
the tender received;

2. The adjustment date be September 14th, 1993, or earlier, as stated in the tender call;

3. The possession date be September 14th, 1993, or earlier, as stated in the tender call;
4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the
purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
