No plumbing permit is required for the clearing of stoppages or the repairing of leaks in pipes, valvea or fixtures, when such repairs do not involve ox require the replacement or rearrangement of valves, pipes, or fixtures or hot water tanks. Subject to the requirements of any other Bylaw, 4 BuLiding Inspector may issue a building parmit for the erection of placement of a temporary building oF structure, if satisfied that the building or structure is safe for the stated use and duration. A Building Inspector may revoke a permit where there is violation of: 7.9.4, any condition under which the permit was jssued, 71.968. any provision of the Building Code or this Bylaw. Revocation shall be in writing and transmitted to the permit holder by registered madi.
