A sign structure supparts 4 freagtanding sign and
the sign and supporting structure combined exceed 3
metres in height or 4 metres in width;

The Registered Professional requirements of Section
8 of this Bylaw may be applied to a sign structure
at the discretion of the Building Inspector where
the Inspector considers that the site conditions or
the size or complexity of the development or an
aspect of tha development warrant.

No plumbing permit is required for the clearing of stoppages
or the repairing of leaks in pipes, valvea or fixtures, when
such repairs do not involve ox require the replacement or
rearrangement of valves, pipes, or fixtures or hot water tanks.

Subject to the requirements of any other Bylaw, 4 BuLiding
Inspector may issue a building parmit for the erection of
placement of a temporary building oF structure, if satisfied
that the building or structure is safe for the stated use and

duration.

A Building Inspector may revoke a permit where there is
violation of:

7.9.4, any condition under which the permit was jssued,

71.968. any provision of the Building Code or this Bylaw.

Revocation shall be in writing and transmitted to the permit
holder by registered madi.

Disclaimer of Warranty or Representation

Neither the issuance of a permit under this Bylaw, the review
and approval of the drawings, plans and specifications, nor
inspections made by the Building Inapector, shall in any way
constitute 4 representation, warranty OF statement that the
Building Code or this Bylaw has been complied with or that the
building or structure meets any standard of materials and
workmanship, and ao person shall rely on aay of those acts 46
establishing compliance with the Building Code or this Bylaw

or any standard.
