This property is presently zoned RM-1 (Low Density Apartment). Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside "Tender for 2300 Block Lobb Avenue Property" and addressed to: Susan Rauh City Clerk, City of Port Coquitlam, Third Floor, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 2A8 and be in her hands. by 12:00 o'clock 7 BY ta, 1993. Any tender received after this time will be retumed unope all tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required. Terms of Sale 1. a) A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 payable to the City of Port Coquitlam must accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. b) The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited. The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.
