The City of Port Coquitlam received five proposals for this work. It is recommended that this
work be awarded to Stanley & Associates Engineering Ltd. the third lowest bidder at the

tendered cost of $34,630 (including G.S.T.). The total project cost including contingencies
would be $39,825.
