From the City Engineer, October 31st, 1991 reqarding Lower Mainland
Municipal Tender Documents.

Seconded by Alderman Thompson:

1. That Council approve the participation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
the preparation of Phase II (Standard Detailed Drawings) of the Lower
Mainland Master Municipal Tender Document Program based on a cost
contribution from the City of Port Coquitlam of $3,000 in 1993.

That Council approve the participation of the City of Port Coquitiam in
Phase III (Front End Documents) of the Lower Mainland Master Municipal
Tender Document Program based on a contribution of $900 from the City of
Port Coquitlam in 1993.

That $3,900 be allocated from the 1993 Public Works Capital Fund for this
purpose.

From the City Planner, October 30th, 1991 regarding Development Permit
Application 41/91 for 2271 and 2291 Welcher Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
41/91; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when
completed, subject to:

a) Completion of Rezoning Application No. 21/91;

b) Solution of concerns expressed by the Building Department;

c) Satisfaction of Engineering Requirements;

d) Approval of landscaping plan by the Parks & Recreation Department;

e) Completion of design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;
and

£) Consolidation of the property into one lot.
