SUBJECT: Request for "No Parking” Signs, School District No. 43 Works Yard - 1982

That Council approve the installation of signs prohibiting parking at ali times on the south side
of Kingsway from the driveway access to the School District No. 43 Works Yard at 1982

Kingsway Avenue to a distance of approximately 35 metres to the west.

The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Project Engineer
dated December 4, 1991 regarding a letter dated November 7, 1991 from the School District No.
43 requesting that parking be prohibited west of the entrance to the School District Maintenance

Shop at 1982 Kingsway.

As visibility is restricted when trucks park close to the driveway access, it is recornmended that
"No Parking" signs be installed as requested.
