Inspection of Documents: A copy of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 pem., except Saturdays, Sundays, and any Statutory Holiday, from February 5th, 1991 until February 25th, 1991. Also available for inspection are copies of the "Dort Coquitlam zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed Bylaw) and various reports and plans referring apecifically to the purpose of the amending Bylaw. Public Participation: At the hearing the public shall be allowed to make representations to the Council respecting matters contained in the proposed Bylaw and all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
