THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM - BYLAW NO.2472 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Na, 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: : 1. Section 101 of “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by i adding the following definition of "Townhouse" between the definitions of “Tourist Accommodation Use” and "Two-Family Residential Use": “TOWNHOUSE Townhouse means a building used for apartment residential use in which each dwelling unit has a separate exterior entrance having direct access to grade and a private outdoor space separated by fences or landscaping.“ {Oo - Section 807 of "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1s amended by deleting the first two lines of subsection (4) and substituting the following: "Usable private open space defined by fences or landscaping shall be provided for each dwelling unit in an apartment residential building, in accordance with the following ratios:" 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2472".
