BYLAW NO. 2535

A Bylaw to amend the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241"

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

1. Section 1 of the “Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241" is amended
by striking out the words “four schedules" and inserting in their place
the words "five schedules”. .

Section 1 is further amended by adding, at the end thereof, the following
schedule listing:

"Schedule 'E' - Waiver Agreement”

Section 504 of the Bylaw is amended by designating the existing wording as
clause (a) and inserting the following as clause (b):

"(b) No letter shall be issued under this Section and no tentative
approval shall be given under Section 512 unless the Applicant
first executes an agreement in the form attached as Schedule "E"
to this bylaw, confirming that bylaws adopted. by the Council
under Part 29 of the Municipal Act prior to. approval of the
subdivision plan shall have effect with respect to the proposed
subdivision."

The Bylaw is further amended by adding thereto the Schedule "E" - Waiver

Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule "1" and forming part of this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be eited for all purposes as the "Subdivision Servicing

Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No.2535".
