THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2455

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitian, Eritish Columbia
which ig more particularly described as:

Lot 1

Block C

District Lot 479;

Group One

Plan 2006

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two-Family

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1937,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2455".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of September,
1989.

Read a second time by the Municipal Councs1 this llth day of September,
1989.

Public Hearing held this 2nd day of October, 1989.
