That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding
property owners of this application.

And that the Clerk's Office place a resolution on a subsequent agenda
of City Counil relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section
1102 P-2 Zone, Clause (4) Site Coverage from 40 percent to 49 percent.

Carried.

against the resolution.

B.C. Transit Route Planning,

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the City of Port Coquitlam inform B.C. Transit the following
areas require examination for Transit improvements.

1. Souch Mary Hill vicinity including recent development in the
Genstar subdivision and south Pitt River Road neighborhoods.

North Coast Meridian including new development at the east end of
Lincoln Avenue and north end of Oxford Street in the District of
Coquitlam.

South west part of downtown residential area.

Provide increased frequency of direct bus service from Port
Coquitlam te New Westminster.

Carried.

From the Parks and Recreation Director, July 5th, 1988 regarding Mary
Will Junior Secondary School Soccer Field.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That $18,000 be allocated towards the re-construction of the soccer
Field at Mary Hill Junior Secondary School.

And that the $18,000 be taken from the 1988 Parks and Recreation
Department's. capital budget.
