Carried. From the Director of Community Planning, February 8th, 1988 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 12/88 for 1386 Lincoln Avenue. Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development permit exempting Lot 120, S.W. Quarter Section 7 and N. W. Quarter, Section 6, TwP. 40, NWod Plan 75281 from the requirements of Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b). Carried. From the Director of Community Planning, February 8th, 1988 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 14/88 for the Corner of Citadel at Pitt River Road. Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding property owners of this application. And that at a subsequent meeting City Council endorse issuing a development variance permit for Lot 1 and Lot 3 exempting the property from the provisions of Section 13(b) of Bylaw 2242. Carried.
