A reguiar meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquittam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, March 17+h, 1986 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright In
attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator and City Engineer
F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Director of Community
Pianning W.A. Brown and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on March 3rd,
1986, be taken as read and adopted.

=, Stuff" were unable to attend tonight's Council meeting.

Director, Share Society who then made a presentation regarding. the. Food

That The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam donate $500.00 to
the PoCoMo Food Bank.
Carried.
