A By-law to amaend the "City of Port Coqultlam Sewer Rates

the Municipal Council of 1!
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: , ;

Section 4 of By-law No. 752 cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer

Jd.

Rates By-law, 1964" is repealed and the following substituted therefor:

"4, The vates and charges provided by the said Schedule "A" shall be
payable at the office of the City Treasurer and a ten per centum (10%)

penalty shall. be applied to that portion of the total annual sewer

‘rate which remains unpaid: .

'

(a) At the close of business on the last Friday of March in

each yearj or, ;
fb) At the close of business on the’ day that is one month
dater than the day of billing; |
whichever time is later." . ;

2. : . This By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1825",
