an indemnity to the Mayor and Aldermen of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam.

Acting-Mayor Mabbett and Alderman Muldoon voted against the resolution.
In response to an enquiry from Alderman Muldoon prior to passage of the

resolution above she was advised that the percentage increase over the previous

year of the indemnity was 10%. The Acting-Mayor advised that in his opinion

the indemnity provided for the Mayor was very much on tha low side when

compared to the indemnity paid in other municipalities,
