1. . Mr. Fleming of Trinoda Holdings Ltd., appeared in court on October 16/78,
and pieaded guilty to (8) eight charges.under By-Law 1298, "Allowing
‘Occupancy without first having a final inspection by the City building
department. Judge I.J3. Bruhaug, found Fleming guilty and fined the
company $75.00 on each charge, total $600.00. The project is still
Operating till completion, but now calls for inspection.
