Attached hereto are copies of Draft I and Draft II of the proposed revised
Garbage By-law. Draft I I believe conforms to discussions and recommen-
dations by the Finance Committee and Draft II conforms to recommendations
by the Public Works Committee. Should a decision be made by Council it
will be necessary to have either one of these draft By~laws and revisions
thereto reviewed by the City Solicitor.
