The authorities who set the regul- ations, however, say it’s not true. At least not yet. At the present time there’s about as big a chance of Terrace sports fishermen being able to go out after sockeye and pinks as there has been for the past . decade or so. So don’t cash in those savings bonds and invest in sockeye lures yet. It could be a poor investment. This isn’t to say there won’t be a few recreational sockeye,.and pinks around sometime in the future. but Dog attacks A 12-year-old Thornhill paperboy was bitten by a dog on March 10 while delivering papers. Less than a week later, the same dog attacked a five-year-old girl. The fate of the dog is still in question but there’s no question a3 to who is legally liable: the owner. _.
