That Council protest the recommendation of the Finance Committee of the
Fraser Valley Regional Library;

That the FVRL Board be requested to direct the 1990 surplus into the 1991
budget and reduce the members' 1991 levies by a corresponding amount ;

And That other FVRL municipal members be made aware of this resolution.
