SUBJECT: Application to rezone 3341-3343 Jervis
Street from RS-1 to RT=-1.
LEGAL
DESCRIPTION: Lot 106, District Lot 380, Plan 33400.
BACKGROUND: ' The request is to rezone an existing duplex
to RT—1 to avoid continuing non-conforming
status.
This duplex was constructed prior to 1969,
consequently when the new Zoning By-law
was adopted, this dup.ex was not included
in the new RT-1 zone.
~  Qur investigation in response to the request
has determined that this Guplex in fact
conforms to all relevant regulations of the
Zoning By~law.
RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that the proposed
rezoning be advanced to Public Hearing.
