open meeting asaembled, enacts asa follows:

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Hylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which ig more particularly described as:

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS=-2 (Small
Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" ia hereby amended to reflect thie rezoning.

2. Thia Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2686”.
