That a “Parking Restricted - Disabled Person Boarding or Discharge — on each and every day" zone be imposed on the parking stall on the north side of Elgin Avenue immediately west of Shaughnessy Street. Ze That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to amend the Traffic Bylaw if Recommendation 1 above is approved by council. Background and Comments: This is a request initiated by Alderman Laking. The Public Works Traffic Sub-Committee reviewed the number of designated parking stalls for disabled persons in the downtown area and agreed that this is a legitimate request.
