THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2456

A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the “Traffic Regulation
Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is amended by deleting therefrom the Limited Tima
Parking restrictions applying to both sides of Elgin Avenue and by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking ~ 1 hour ~ 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday,
inclusive, on both sides of Elgin Avenue from Donald Street to the lane
west of Shaughnessy Street.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by deleting therefrom the present Limited Time Parking - 2 hours - 8:00
ame to 6:00 p.m. ~ Monday to Saturday, inclusive, on both sides of
Marpole Avenue from Shaughnessy Street to Maple Drive.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking - 1 hour - 8:90 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday,
inclusive, on both sides of Marpole Avenue from Shaughnessy Street to the
lane west of Shaughnessy Street.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking - 2 hours ~ 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday,
inclusive, on both sides of Marpole Avenue from the lane west of
Shaughnessy Street to Maple Drive.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by deleting therefrom the present Limited Time Parking ~ 1 hour ~- 8:00
aem. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday, inclusive, on both sides of
McAllister Avenue from Mary Hill Road to Maple Drive.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking ~ 1 hour ~ 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday inclusive,
on the south side of McAllister Avenue from Mary Hill Road to Maple Drive.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by insert therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking ~ 2 hour - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday inclusive,
on the north side of McAllister Avenue from the Lane east of Shaughnessy
Street to include nine parking stalls.

Clause (a) of Section 8 o* Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended
by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time
Parking ~ 1 hour ~ 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday inclusive,
on the north side of McAllister Avenue from the nine parking stalls from
the lane east of Shaughnessy Street to Mary Hill Road.
