of 3384 and 3310 Coast Meridian Road (Public Works Committee Meeting of March
1, 1988.)

That the City Clerk be instructed to proceed with the drafting of an
amendment to the City’s Traffic Regulations Bylaw No. 1117 to extend the angle .
parking on the east side of Coast Meridian from a point 21.5 m north of
Salisbury Avenue to a point 130m north of Salisbury Avenue. ae

And that wooden wheel stops and “Angle Parking Only" signs be instalied :
. in front of 3384 and 3410 Coast Meridian Road with the associated estimated :
cost of $1,500.00 be funded from the Public Works Capital Budget (1988). :

District Lot 289, Plan 1954, New Westminster District, being 2382 Mary Hill oe
Road, be purchased by the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam at or for
the sum of $88,400.00;

That the adjustment date be May 2nd, 1988;

That the possession date be January 27th, 1989;

That closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal manner
as between vendor and purchaser; .

And That His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk and/or City
Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans, Cheques, or ee
other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the . ere ere
