BYLAW NO. 2336

A Bylaw to authorize the lease on
a month to month basis of 1950
McLean Avenue, Port Coquitiam,
B.C.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby
leases unto Ken E. Clarke the lands described in the Schedule "an attached hereto
for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out fn
the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "At",

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam are
hereby authorized to Sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the
City's Corporate Sea! thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes aS the "Rental Agreement (1950 McLean
Avenue) Authorization Bylaw, 1988, No. 2336n
