SUBJECT: Fine damage to house at 2275 Patt River Road

Further to our discussion yesterday, tt 4s my opinion the above
building is damaged 40 the extent of mone than 75% of 4% value above
the foundation. The existing foundation 44 axtso questionable.

This building cannot be repaired unkess in every respect the whole
of the building, c<nceluding the undamaged portion 4s made to comply with
the building cade ads per British Columbia regulation 805/74.
