Dear Ceuncil:

An earlier reauect that was fulfilled in the year of 1986
has brought about the tremendous suecess of the skocting
of the live action film, "Time To Change". At this stage,
ali post production shooting has been completed, except
for the final concluding scene.

I would, for a second time, like to request your permission
; to utilize the location of Shaughnessy Street(the same

: docation as the previous shoot) to conclude the filming
neccessary to complete the movie.

At this time weather conditions have no bearing on the
shooting schedule. We'll shoot rain or shine. Merchents,
a ; | police and fire departments, and transit system will again
| : all be notified regarding this request.
