BYLAW NO, 2048

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam,
British Columbia which is more particutarly described as:’

Lot 40

“South West 1/4 of Section 7
Township 40

Plan 25211

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 and RS-~2 to RS-1 in Its
entirety and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect

this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for a!l purposes as the "City of
Port Coquititam Zoning Bytaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2048",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of
