"That the Council! of the City of Port Coquittam hereby declares
that the building ltocated in tne City of Port Coquitlam,
Province of British Columbia, on land more particularly known
and described as Lot 28 and the West Hal ¢ of Lot 27, Block 21,
Oistrict Lot 464, Group One, Pian 2363, New. Westminster
District, is in so dilapidated and uncleaniy a condition as to
be offensive to the community and-is a nuisance.

The owners-or.-agent of the: owners, within thirty (30) days of
servicewof this order upon.them, It. is further ordered: that
should ‘the owners or agent of .the owners fail -to comply with
the aforesaid order within the said period of thirty (30). days,
‘the Engineering Department, by their workmen, or contractors,
may ‘be-.cinstructed to enter on the lands and demolish the
dUuEIding at: the expense of. the owners, and: the. charges tor so
doing, -including: incidental expenses, if.unpaid by the owners
on .the 31st day: of December ofthe year -in. which, such charges
and::incidental expenses, were’ incurred shall be added to and
form part. of. the taxes payable,:in. respect. of that !and as taxes

in arrears. .
