Bates 30 October would like to formally propose a Permanent re-route for the 163 Prairie Service as follews: ° . Regular Route to the existiag terminus located on Chelsea, farside Cedar Or., then via Chelsea, Inverness, Essex, Cedar Dr. and regular route beyond. The reason for the proposed revroute, as you are aware, is due to the recent re-construction of Cedar Dr. at Inverness. The new grade established for Cedar Or. has added an extra degree of difficulty in maneuvering the turn from tnverness to Cedar Gr. and fs not considered suitable for operation. In connection with the Proposed routing the present bus stop southbound on Cedar, farside Chelsea will be discontinued.
