Dear Sir: Further to my discussions with Mr. Pollock earlier this month, I wish to formally notify you that I have accepted a position with the Provincial Government in Victoria, and will be terminating nv consultant practice az of November 15. I deeply regret any inconvenience that this might cause to the Municipality. In terms of work in progress, I have discussed the matter with Mr. Pollock, and will complete the following items prior to my departure: (a) report on the Kingsway area west of the Coquitlam River, (b) notes on downtown parking scheme possibilities, {c) outline notes on downtown alternatives and ‘ Strategies, in closing, IT must admit that I shall miss my work with Port Coquitlam Council and Staff. 1 have greatly enjoyed the cpenness with which we have been able to discuss matters, and the process that evolved. In all Sincerity, Port Coquitlam was the biggest factor — weighing against the decision I have made to go to Victoria. Thank you. Ypurs sincerely, an UD TA Norman Pearson SPN ate AGEs Do CE
