BY-LAW NO. 1480

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By~law, 1969,

No. $36",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam,in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clause (d) of Section 405 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign
By-law, 1969, No. 936" is amended by placing a double asterick (**) after
the figures "35" and "50" where they appear therein and by placing the
following note at the foot of the Table set forth in the said clause (4):
"kk sixty (60) square feet of sign area permitted in special
sign control zone.” ,
2: Section 2 of Schedule No. VI of the By-law is amended by adding,
at the end thereof, the following as clause (e):
"(e) On lots one acre in size or less two freestanding signs shall
be permitted provided that
Each sign has an area not greater than, 60 square feet,
The signs are located at least 100 feet apart,
Each sign advertises a use occuring on the lot on which
it is located and both signs do not advertise the same
use,

iv. All other provisions of this By-law are observed."

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969, No. 936, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1480".
