Pollock, City Administrator Re: By-law 1461 and By-law 1462 - McDonald's . ‘ Land Use Contract | At the Public Hearing held on August 16th, 1976, f Cs 7 advised Council that Kingsway Development Ltd. had agreed to purchase a portion of Imperial Avenue at $6.00 per square foot and that such change required some - ; amendments in the Zoning By-law and Land Use Contract By-law. By-law 1461, which is the Zoning By-law creating. the Development ‘ ; Area has been amended to include the small portion of Imperial Avenue being , = ; conveyed. The By-law had previously been given third reading therefore third - . ‘veading should be rescinded and a new resolution passed giving third reading to the By-law as amended and enclosed herewith. By-law 1462 is the Land Use Contract By-law.
