THR CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2647 A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. ‘The definition of "Yownhouse” in Section 101 of "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by adding the following thereto ag a second paragraph: “Motwilthetanding the definition of ‘Apartment. Residential’ in this Bylaw, townhouse buildings may contain two or more dwelling units." 3. This Bylaw may be cited fox all purpoaes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Ameddwent Bylaw, 1992, No. 2647". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of February, 1992. Intent of the Bylaw: To reduce the present olnimum requirement of three dwe ling unlta ia any one townhouse building to two dwelling units.
