(a) Farm Retail Market (b) Fruit/Produce Store The Agricultural Land Commission is proposing a new policy to permit sales of agricultural products grown on the farm to be permitted without going through the ALC application process, subject to the following criteria: 1. Farm Market, farm, estate winery or nursery ~ retail sales, clearly ancillary to the farm use of the subject property. 2. Retail use is located within a farm building, accessory building or outdoor display area - no greater than 100 square meters in size. The products for retail sale are not less than 85% (by $ volume) agricultural products (more than 50% average over the calendar year) produced on the subject farm.
